We're building an organization around a simple belief: school counselors are professionals doing complex work in complex systems, and they deserve better support for doing it.
That means we're looking for people who care deeply about school counseling, think critically, communicate well, and want to contribute to work that has an impact beyond a single school or district.

As S4SC continues to grow, new opportunities may develop across content, professional learning, community, operations, events, partnerships, and other areas of the organization.
